Core Description
Responsible for the management of the full sales cycle for the defined Enterprise vertical and customer base. The role is accountable for achieving and exceeding the full revenue target as well as capitalising on working relationship for business growth and improving Openserve’s image.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan that accounts for current and future market forces and movements. This must include milestones that drive the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Develop, review, communicate, monitor, and execute an effective client strategy.
- Establish and enhance relationships with strategic customers and partners, with the aim of creating market dominance.
- Ensure a customer and sales-oriented mindset is implemented.
- Drive customer experience improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of long-term customer contracts to assure deliverables and gauge customer satisfaction levels.
- Effectively manage sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives, within the agreed budgets.
- Network and collaborate with colleagues to sell new enterprise solutions to existing and prospective clients to achieve growth targets.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and technological developments; integrate this knowledge into Sales planning.
- Develop an account plan and manage accounts by monitoring the level of client satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of a product or service.
- Manage the effectiveness of all processes, including the identification and mitigation of strategic risk.
- Establish and foster a culture of performance excellence and transformation.

Education
- NQF 6: 3 year Diploma/ National Diploma in Business/Commerce or Telecommunication
- OR NQF 4: Grade 12
Experience
- 5 Years relevant experience
- OR 7 years experience
Additional Information
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualification preferably in Business/ Commerce, Sales & Marketing or Telecommunication and 2 years’ ICT sales experience.
- Experience in Marketing/ ICT (Telecommunication)/ business strategy and/or analysis/ Technical Product Development, of which 2 years is customer facing/ consulting to external Marketing environment will be advantageous
OR
- Grade 12 and a minimum of 7 years’ ICT sales experience
- Experience in Marketing/ ICT (Telecommunication)/ business strategy and/or analysis/ Technical Product Development, of which 2 years is customer facing/ consulting to external Marketing environment will be advantageous
