Core Description

Responsible to assist in the compilation of business plans, Revenue dashboard report, General Ledger mapping from product development till revenue is recognised in SAP, and to set up/ manage budgets and forecasts for all revenue streams. Monitor and analyse the revenue for products and services to the lowest level, provide support to customers and process queries within set SLA's. Prepare dashboard reports on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis to track customer (subscriber) behaviour. Also responsible for providing management with information that will enable them to make informed decisions. WASP management process.
