Core Description
Responsible for the operational support of Integration business solutions/ applications, regardless of integration toolset used - testing, deploying, technical support, business support and customer engagement. Take developed business solutions, maintain them on all integration platforms and provide support for small to large enterprise projects. Understanding how different solutions integrate with the business processes, products and the existing IT Infrastructure. It will be required that Telkom's solutioning process is followed, and that Telkom's standard documentation is used.

Provide Business support by understanding all business flows within the integration domain
Problem Identification, Ownership and resolution on all environments and keeping the customer up to date
Assisting in the management of incidents, requests and problems experienced with the systems
Coordinate testing between Development Team & Business Stakeholders
Create and Maintain good Customer relationships
Perform active customer communication
Provide project status reports when needed
