Core Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating dedicated and integrated project management plans in Core & FTTH ensuring that the projects produce the deliverables at the required standard of quality within the specified constraints of time, cost and quality, to achieve the benefits defined in the business case. All projects should aim to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated Project Management plan in dedicated area/ project
- Balance program resources (people, budget, material, time) to optimize program objectives
- Implement documents in accordance with appropriate standards and customer requirements
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders by building and managing internal and external customer relationships
- Obtain required information from key role players
- Drive completion of programs/ projects
- Monitor and measure success
- Performance reporting on the various sub projects via business dashboards
- Perform risk identification and mitigation planning
- Establish the Quality roadmaps per technology/ products

- Do cost benefit analysis of various products and services
- Ensure seamless integration between systems before implementation
- Liaise with relevant stake holders to ensure optimal cross functional teamwork
- Determine program dependencies and milestones across multiple concurrent projects
- Liaise with relevant stake holders identify and resolve business/ process bottlenecks
- Align Project Office activities with BU business plan
- Establish and continually evolve the Project Management method in alignment with industry standard project management principles (PMBOK)
- Provide decision support, content & process support to the project owners
- Deliver continuous innovation and evolution of processes and procedures
- Support to strategic projects led from Openserve and other parts of Openserve Group
