Core Description

To create and maintain automated business information management solutions for the Openserve environment. This also includes administration of various databases and mechanisms of report production and presentation. The job also includes business analysis, quality production, development of intranet applications, and provision of support to users.

Job Responsibilities

- Create and maintain automated business information management solutions
- Compile and publish business information management reports on various key aspects of the business as and when required
- Maintain information delivery mechanism in terms of Web Based Databases to Openserve users nationally
- Monitor and provide user manuals/ training to users as required
- Provide software, workshops for work improvement, processes, systems and definitions support
- Design information systems, conduct pilot and administrate business systems, web related applications, knowledge management applications, business analysis
- Maintain/ audit/ monitor and enhance systems
