Core Description
Perform the submarine cable system Network Administrator function, including technical system analysis and recommendations to the relevant consortia work groups, allocate network resources and system configuration and activations as well as the implementation of IRU/ OCU Agreements. Provide international network technical solutions and quotes for services over Telkom's international sub-marine and IP network, as well the implementation of network solutions. Perform IPNet engineering functions including international network design, capacity sourcing, utilisation/ congestion monitoring.
