Core Description
Responsible to sell digital marketing solutions to businesses and actively acquire new business, maximize sales opportunities through the effective articulation of smart (innovative) solutions. Conduct analysis of customers' needs, understand each customers' business and competitor landscape and ensure the relevance of services offered. Responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships, while staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Job Responsibilities
Sell a full suite of digital marketing solutions, including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Local SEO & Business Listings
- Website Design & Online Presence Solutions
- Reputation Management Tools
- Social Marketing Tools
- AI Bots & Other AI Solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with SMEs and enterprises.
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies based on client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and account management.
- Educate clients on the value of digital marketing and demonstrate ROI-driven solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing support and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and fulfilment teams to ensure client success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
