Core Description
The role is a critical enabler of strategic alignment and operational efficiency within the Corporate Affairs division and is responsible for driving effective planning, coordination, communication, and implementation of cross-functional projects spanning Legal & Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications & Brand, Social Impact, Sustainability, and Government Relations. It also ensures that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects within the Corporate Affairs division.
- Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, risk mitigation, and success metrics.
- Monitor progress, ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, and implement corrective measures when needed.
- Maintain and continuously improve project management frameworks and best practices.
Team Coordination & Alignment
- Serve as the central coordinator across teams, ensuring that actions, follow-ups, and decisions are tracked and implemented.
- Facilitate weekly syncs, project reviews, and inter-departmental alignment sessions.
- Act as the “right hand” to the Chief of Corporate Affairs for driving team accountability, without overlapping with the Executive Assistant’s responsibilities.
Reporting & Governance
- Consolidate, prepare, and manage reporting processes for ongoing initiatives, metrics, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate input from various functional teams and ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and insightful.
- Track the execution of strategic goals and escalate any potential delays or roadblocks proactively.
Stakeholder & Communications Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring aligned messaging and timely communication.
- Support the development of communication materials for leadership engagements, including board updates, external appearances, and media responses.
- Ensure internal communications across the Corporate Affairs division are clear, consistent, and aligned with the overarching strategy.
- Sustainability, ESG, and CSR Oversight
- Support projects relating to Sustainability, ESG, and CSR initiatives.
- Integrate sustainability and impact metrics across projects, supporting the long-term brand and purpose vision.
- Coordinate compliance and reporting obligations with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

- 7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on management level
Additional Information
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualification in Project Management, Communications, Public Affairs, Business, or related field.
- Experience in matrixed corporate environments and/or corporate affairs-related functions is advantageous.
