Core Description
Responsible to manage the development and implementation the franchisee sales plan. Manage the performance of the Franchise Channel in terms of acquisitions and revenue. Manage ongoing changes in channel operations and control financials in terms of budget income and expenses. Ensure Channel performance is initiated, managed and maintained and reported on.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Implement Sales Plan against identified revenue and acquisition target.
- Identify targets- Compile action plan- Define goals- Utilize relevant information- Compile implementation strategy.
Managed Performance
- Sales Reporting. Analyse sales report per franchisee and output for next steps.
- Communicate desired outcomes.
- Monitor progress.
- Evaluate/ measure results.
- Implement corrective actions.
- Provide feedback.
- Set performance standards.
- Liaise with the stock team to ensure optimal levels in all stores for them to execute.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees sales teams, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure sales excellence and
- compliance with brand standards.
Governance
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure franchise locations adhere to company governance practises, legal regulations, SHE standards and all company related policies, promoting positive brand image.
Marketing and Promotions
- Engage with relevant sections/ stakeholders/ key role players/ cross functional teams to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns tailored to local
- markets, enhancing brand visibility and franchisee success.
Training and Development
- Oversee training programs for franchisees and their staff, covering operational procedures, customer service, and product knowledge to uphold quality standards.
- Oversee the franchise staff end-to-end recruitment process, ensure a good fit with Telkom’s brand culture and values.
