Core Description

Accountable to develop, translate and implement strategies for a specific geographic area, aligned with the CSB regional business plan. Develop deep regional insights to implement sales, marketing, and service strategies & plans, including providing insight into CSB Retail stakeholders at head-office. Achieve regional sales, revenue, and market growth targets as per regional business case and ensure they contribute towards the overall Consumer Business Unit's profitability. Drive local marketing activities, as well as service delivery objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Regional revenue growth:

  • Aligned with the business unit planning cycle, deliver the detailed business plan for the region focussing on sales, retention, and revenue growth.

Regional demand and insights:

  • Translate regional micro demand plans & insights into network, sales and marketing investment proposals.
  • Local, segment specific insights need to be collated and communicated to CSB Retail stakeholders at corporate.

Regional marketing execution:

  • Execute specific local marketing activities aligned with CSB integrated marketing plans as well as region-specific network infrastructure availability.

Regional customer engagement, service delivery and projects:

  • Manage various rollout/ implementation projects (considering the current and future network investments). 
  • Specific service delivery obligations to, for example, gated communities, need to be managed and relationships maintained with community representatives.
