The key role of the Marketing business unit is to provide overall strategic marketing support to the business, by developing and implementing a consolidated customer portfolio management process and to essentially build the Telkom business brand, as well as to re-position the enterprise organisation from incumbent to market leader.

The business unit aims to deliver marketing, sales and brand excellence for the positioning of Telkom Business as the market leader of the local Telco landscape. The marketing strategy is under development while tactical marketing operations to deliver on this fiscal is in implementation phase. This includes customer engagements; events, media relations, product launches and campaigns, Telkom Business brand campaigns, staff engagements, advertising, road shows and sales conferencing.
