Telkom CRES manages and services around 57000 Telkom structures spanning over 2600 sites and 22 million m2 of land. Through their newly developed and integrated property management system, they are able to have single view of the details, cost people and services per site which allows a holistic management of the property portfolio and associated costs.

The team works closely with selected and contracted vendors to provide a range of services to the Telkom properties. These services include facilities management, real estate asset management, property disposals, acquisitions and leases, property related projects, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Security Services.
