Visit the Professional of Student page to look for opportunities by keyword or location. Jobs are listed by Category/Function as well as Geography, and you’ll find detailed information about specific requirements in the job descriptions. Simply click on the Find Jobs button to apply online.

To create a candidate profile  takes about 30 minutes to complete. You can save your profile at any point and return to it if necessary.

Once you selected the position you want to apply for, you use your candidate profile that you already completed to apply.  It’s easy to review, update or withdraw your applications through your candidate profile account.  

We’ll let you know when we receive your application and, if your application meets the requirements for the position, we’ll invite you to an interview.

  • Prepare for the INTERVIEW

    Preparing for an interview might seem intimidating, but there are several steps you can take to prepare yourself for a successful interview. Preparing for the interview primarily means taking time to thoughtfully consider your strengths, your goals and qualifications relative to the position you applied for. Think about what you want to tell us about yourself, your relevant work experience, past projects and the role you performed in these projects.

    We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your strengths and everything that makes you unique and how you would fit into BCX. But this is a two-way process, so it’s also your chance to find out whether BCX is the kind of company you would like to work for. You’ll be encouraged to interview us about the scope of the role, our expectations, what we offer, our work environment, culture and values.

    Your interview experience will be a combination of in-person, phone and video. We may also ask you to complete a written assessment, either online or at a testing center, if you are shortlisted as one of the final candidates. The exact format and content will depend on the role and seniority of the role that you applied for, as different roles need different skills. We’ll keep in touch and provide you with feedback and guidance on the next steps.

Complete the verification screening, Review the offer and prepare to join BCX.

If you successfully completed the interview process, and you are one of the final candidates we will ask you to complete the verification screening process.

Once we received the results from the verification screening and you are the best candidate for the position, and you feel that BCX is the place that you want to work, will we make you a formal offer in writing. You can ask any questions to clarify any uncertainty, and when you’re happy to accept we’ll be excited to receive your confirmation and welcoming you on board BCX.

Being a new employee can be very stressful. BCX will reduce this stress by providing all the information that you will need to adjust to the new company.

The BCX onboarding process starts immediately after you accepted the offer. You’ll be excited, informed and prepared to complete all necessary tasks prior to joining us.

After an initial induction, you’ll have opportunities to network with your colleagues and to participate in ongoing orientation programs suited to your level of experience. Our goal is to make you feel valued, and give you every chance to succeed here as you begin your exceptional BCX journey.
